The Sorted Surf Shop is an Alladin's cave of surfboards and wetsuits just up from the beach at Boscombe, near Bournemouth. The two Sean's that own the shop (Sean and Shaun) eat, breathe and sleep surfing so we were totally stoked to be invited to work with them on optimising and promoting their two websites www.sortedsurfshop.co.uk and www.wetsuitcentre.co.uk.
The Sorted guys are great to work with and it helps having a passion for windsurfing and kitesurfing in our office too. We use a variety of on-site and off-site optimisation to promote the sites. We established a seperate WordPress Blog site that would be used to drive traffic to the sites. Focusing on long-tail keywords we ghost-write articles once a week for them - and to date we have have some awesome success. The mixture of keyword focus and topical articles has resulted in numerous 1st page results on Google and other search engines.
