Business Link Surrey approached Key Multimedia back in April 2007 to add our technical input to a major website project. Little did we know at the time that we would be involved for over five months with this project but also it would be one of the most high profile and rewarding sites to work on.

Key Multimedia worked alongside Alex de Bresser(Business Link Surrey) and Zoe Underdown (Business Link Kent) providing strategic and technical project management in consolidating six existing websites into one regional site.

Throughout the project we consulted with key stakeholders and presented to regional marketing groups and chief executives. Although there were large-scale technical issues in merging six websites, the main issue was ensuring that any regional solution did not significantly impact on the existing traffic levels.
